The Ask A Question Service provides virtual reference service
to Albertans in the public library sector as well as to registered
students, faculty and staff of participating post-secondary institutions
in the province.
The service allows Albertans to e-mail a question at any time
and receive an answer via email from qualified reference staff,
generally within 24 hours.
